What we collect
Enquiry form. When you submit the brief at the bottom of the site, we receive what you enter: your name or brand name, email address, and — depending on the form — your budget range, the services you're interested in, a link to your profile, and the message you write. These fields are provided by you, voluntarily.
Technical data. Like any website, our host records basic request information (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to serve the site and keep it secure. We do not use this to identify individual visitors.
We do not run accounts, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use it
- To read your enquiry and reply to you.
- To scope, quote and deliver work if we go on to work together.
- To keep a record of enquiries and correspondence.
- To maintain the security and performance of the website.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where it's stored and who processes it
We use a small number of established service providers to run the site and handle enquiries:
- Google (Workspace, Forms and Sheets) — stores enquiry submissions and delivers the notification email to us.
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices. Data may be stored on servers outside India.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we use analytics, it is a privacy-friendly, aggregate measure of traffic (page views, referrers, rough location) that does not identify you individually. If that changes in a way that affects you, we will update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email k9mediasolution@gmail.com and we will act on your request within a reasonable time.
Links to other sites
This site links to external platforms such as Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp. Once you leave our site, this policy no longer applies — those services have their own privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our tools change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
